Below are some frequently asked questions we receive:-

How do I order a Magic Santa Letter?

Ordering is really easy, firstly select from either our Magic Santa Letter, ‘Truly Magical’ Santa Letter or ‘Babies 1st Xmas’ Santa Letter depending on your budget and needs.

Then choose if you would like to partially personalise, fully personalise or if you are a single parent/carer. Please note that fully personalised is not available with our standard Magic Santa Letter.

Then fill out your personalisation details, click preview to check it looks OK and then add to the basket and place your order in the check out, simple.

We will then keep you updated via the email you provide as to the status of your order.

When will I get my Magic Santa Letter?

We give you the option to choose a posting day before heading to the checkout. We will then send your letter on the day you choose and you can then expect it to arrive 2 – 5 days from your chosen day. Head over to the postage page to find out more about our postage terms.

Is the delivery date guaranteed?

Due to the seasonal nature of our business we are unable to guarantee a delivery date however, we do guarantee delivery by Christmas day. We offer additional postage options e.g. 1st class signed for but again this will not guarantee a specific date.

If you are ordering a number of letters to your household on some occasions they won’t all turn up on the same day so to avoid disappointment we advise you to wait until all letters arrive before handing them to your little ones. For more info please check out our Postage section.

Is ordering from Magic Santa Letter safe?

Yes. We can assure you that all details including your child’s/recipients are required and used for the creation and sending of your letter. Your child’s details are not used for any other purpose.

Your billing details and email address is only used for payment and to keep you up to date with your order process. We do not sell any details we receive to a third party and we will keep this promise forever. Please check out our Privacy Policy for more details.

We use Stripe for taking payments which is an industry leading secure platform for taking/receiving payments. They have extremely high security measures in place to protect you and your details. Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information using 128-bit encryption key (the highest level commercially available).

What happens if my letter does not arrive?

On the very rare occasion that one of our letter’s goes missing in the post we kindly ask you to contact us with your order number and detail your query. Depending on the date we will then do one of 2 things:

  1. Send a replacement out immediately.
  2. Issue a full refund.
